From 28 to 29 May 2025, Secretary General Shi Zhongjun of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) met with An Wei, Standing Committee Member of Henan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Zhengzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, as well as Li Zhuo, Vice Governor of Henan Province, during his visit to Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China.
Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on further enhancing ASEAN-China people-to-people exchanges and strengthening cooperation in the field of food and agriculture. They also exchanged views on advancing the preparatory work for the 2025 ASEAN-China (Henan) Cooperation and Development Conference on Food and Agriculture.
