ACC Secretary-General Chen Dehai Met with Senior Officials for Economic and Commercial Affairs of AMS Embassies in China

On 11 February 2022, Mr. Chen Dehai, Secretary-General of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), met in Beijing with senior officials for economic and commercial affairs of embassies of ASEAN Member States (AMS) in China.

Secretary-General Chen Dehai appreciated the valuable and strong support of AMS embassies and their active participation in ACC’s activities, and expressed sincere Spring Festival greetings to the officials. Mr. See Chee Kong, Minister of Economic Section of the Embassy of Malaysia in China, Ms. Virdiana Ririen Hapsari, Minister Counsellor for Economic Affairs of the Embassy of Indonesia in China, Mrs. Marina Novira Anggraini, Trade Attaché of the Embassy of Indonesia in China, Mr. Prak Phannara, Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of Cambodia in China, Mr. Khouanchay Iemsouthi, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Lao PDR in China, Ms. Shwe Sin Oo, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Myanmar in China, Ms. Tan Hong Ngoh (Edna), Economic Counsellor of the Embassy of Singapore in China, and Mr. Wong Choo Sin, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Singapore in China, attended the meeting. During the meeting, the AMS embassy officials expressed their willingness to further deepen collaboration with ACC, and jointly promote the ASEAN-China trade and investment cooperation to a new height. The event was held in a friendly and amicable atmosphere. Everyone actively engaged in free and open discussions.
