The year 2025 marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries and has also been designated as the year of “People-to-People Exchange between Vietnam and China”. Both countries have been dedicated to deepening economic cooperation, mutual cultural exchanges and people-to-people bonds through organizing trade match-making activities, cultural performances, youth exchanges and etc. Building on a long-standing tradition of friendship and shaped by shared pragmatic interests, the bilateral cooperation is mutually beneficial and enjoys even broader prospects. Against the current backdrop of global uncertainty and multiple political and economic challenges, both countries should insist on implementing the consensus reached by national leaders and the Vietnam-China Joint Statement, steadily advance friendship and pragmatic cooperation across all fields on the path toward a Vietnam-China community with a shared future, and further unlock the potential of tourism and investment collaboration so as to contribute to the modernization of both countries and the region.

Vietnam has recently rolled out major resolutions on national technology, especially digital transformation, private-sector development, legislative and administrative reform, and deeper international integration, ushering the country into an era of prosperity that offers fresh opportunities for even stronger Vietnam-China cooperation. The Vietnamese Embassy in China stands ready to work with localities and businesses of both countries to further advance bilateral cooperation to a new level.
During the conference, representatives of some Vietnamese provinces presented their local business environment and tourism potential, while business delegates from both countries actively engaged in discussions on expanding two-way trade and investment, concluding a series of agreements of cooperation.
